What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product category. For simpler products we can go as low as 20 units. For pieces that need custom molding or additional engineering steps, the minimum usually starts at 100. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm the exact number for your product.
What does it cost?
Pricing is driven by the product and the volume, and the per unit price drops as the quantity goes up. We build around premium quality at a price that still works for your budget, and we are upfront about where the cost sits before you commit to anything. Send us the product and the quantity and you get a real number back.
How long does production take, and how late can I come to you before my event?
Reach out 6 to 8 weeks before the event date. Custom requests need longer, since sampling adds a round before production starts, and delivery times vary with the event location. Once we have your date and destination we get on a call and map the timeline backwards from the day you need the product in hand.
What can you make?
iPhone and Solana Seeker cases, MagSafe wallets, and custom physical merch built to your brief. We work with an established network of factories that we have visited in person twice while producing phone cases, so we can take on products beyond our core catalog when the brief calls for it.
Do I need to supply print-ready files, or does your team design it?
Either way works. Our designer can create the artwork from scratch, work alongside your design team, or simply hand over the technical specs so your side can build something unique on top of them.
Can I get a physical sample before I commit?
Yes, and the sampling fee is on us. Keep in mind that a physical sample adds shipping time in both directions, so factor that in when you plan the timeline for your event.
Do you ship to the venue, and who handles customs and duties?
We deliver to the venue or any other address across roughly 120 countries. On higher value shipments the recipient is the one who finalizes customs clearance, but we prepare every document required and stay in direct contact with the courier and the customs broker until the goods are released.
What are the payment terms, and do you accept crypto?
Samples are free. Once the project is confirmed, production starts after payment is received. We accept crypto through Solana Pay alongside standard payment methods.
What do you need from me to send a quote, and how fast do you reply?
Four things: what you want made, when you need it, where it has to arrive, and who it is for. From there we set up a call and work out the details. We reply within 24 hours.
